Guay Tiew (ก๋วยเตี๋ยว) is Thai for noodles. There are so many variations of Thai noodle dishes that if you traveled Thailand for a month and ate noodles through the city streets and countryside for every meal, you still would not have tried them all. We selected some favorite (much requested) guay tiew dishes for February!
Journey through this Noodles of Thailand cooking series with Chef Vanda Asapahu this February 2021 in the safety and comfort of your home kitchen. Each participant will receive a recipe booklet with ingredients and equipment lists, access to join in weekly live Zoom cooking classes, recorded easy-to-follow-along tutorial to make fresh rice noodles and egg noodles from scratch days before each class, and community support from Chef Vanda (and family) and other classmates through a private Facebook group. Participants will gain knowledge in selecting Thai products, as well as cooking techniques and skills to confidently integrate home-cooked quality Thai dishes into your meal plan.
Zoom classes are four Saturdays in February from 10AM-12 Noon PST / 1PM-3PM EST.

- Feb 13th: Drunken Kee Mao Noodles
- Feb 20th: Ba Mee Haeng Soup-less Egg Noodle
- Feb 27th: Khao Soi Northern Thai Curry Noodle
